A lot of care has gone into crafting the perfect sofa for you. Now, the baton is in your hands. These are a few simple points that you should keep in mind, to assure your sofa with a long working life:
 Sharp objects should be kept away from your sofa, as a small tear in the fabric, will cause it to lose its charm.
 Direct heat or sunlight is not a well-wisher of your sofa, as it can cause your sofa’s colour to fade.
 Your sofa shouldn’t be exposed to moisture/water for a long time. This will cause damage.
 Removable back cushions should be reversed and fluffed periodically. This enhances the look of your sofa, leading to an even arrangement.
 Sofas should be vacuumed periodically with a soft bristled brush attachment. You can also lightly brush them to keep general dirt and dust off the sofa and prevent any embedding between the fibers.
 Food and drink spillage should be avoided at all times. In case of a spillage, make sure you don’t leave it unattended.
 In spite of utmost care, you might stain your sofa by mistake. In this case, a water-free fabric cleaner can be used. But, make sure that you don’t apply the cleaner directly on the stain, as this can cause damage to fabric, and fade its colour. Pour the cleaner onto a clean cloth and test its effect on a hidden area of the sofa before cleaning the stain with the cloth.
 A professional scotchguard treatment is one of the easiest and most effective options to protect against spills or stains and keep pet hair at bay.
 There are a few unreachable spots of your sofa, and their maintenance is quite a task. Hence, it is advised to get a professional repair once in every 6 to 8 months. This has an added advantage, as it improves the durability of your sofa.
 Fibre-filled backs and armrests will flatten with regular use. However, they can be brought back to shape as easily as a normal pillow.
 It is vital to keep a periodic maintenance check on leatherette products to avoid cracking and peeling. Vinyl conditioner or leather conditioner ensures a quality check, and prevents damage. The frequency of their application should be once in every 3 to 4 months.

Our customers are entitled a 36 month warranty on sofas, in aspects of the frame, padding, and mechanisms if any. It covers manufacturing/workmanship and material defects that have occurred during the warranty period. This applies to the furniture used in normal household conditions.
This limited warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear of the sofa, any cuts/scratches/damages caused by accidents, products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
